I was wondering - has anybody else pondered the relative value of the kb. vs. the db.? I have a couple of kbs. (16,24kg.) and use them but many times I prefer
the db. because:
1. it's cheaper than buying expensive kbs.
2. more effective on certain movements.
3. the amount of weight can be added very incrementally.
I sometimes get the feeling that kbs. are becoming a cult thing with a chosen few making big bucks.
Comments on these blasphemous thoughts?
