After moving, it took me about a week to find my weights in my garage, so I was doing burpees to stay in shape until I found them. I am not as conditioned as
I thought! I decide to do 5x5 one arm snatches supersetted with 5 burpees. Strength and conditioning all in one shot as I like to keep things short and simple.
After 1 set I was feeling like I did when I did 20 rep squats years ago. Heart racing, entire body screaming and a lttle nausea. So I am debating on whether to
stay at one set and add wieght in small increments or to go 5x5 and just get into better shape. I plan to alternate with another 50/20 bodyweight workout after
a day or two rest in between.
