I posted this on Dragondoor but I think it's worth mentioning here, too. Although I highly doubt I'm the first to think of this, it was an original
idea for me today:
24 kg kettlebell: clean left, strict press left, lower to rack position, lower and swing back, switch to right hand as bell moves to front, swing back on right side, clean right, press right, etc.
I did this non-stop for 4:30, getting a total of 30 reps or 15 c&p per side. Felt like a very nice way to spread the load and not tire either the pressing muscles or the cardiovascular system prematurely. I think 10:00 of this is possible for me; I really couldn't tell how short of failure I was when I stopped but I know I could have done more.
